About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities within the new logo team to meet revenue targets
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide observability solutions
- Conduct outbound calling, email communication, and channel coordination
- Manage the sales pipeline through its entire cycle
- Execute prospecting and lead generation for full-stack Observability and database portfolios
- Engage with IT decision-makers across various enterprises
- Partner with sales engineering to conduct online product demonstrations
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports within Salesforce
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or software solutions industry
- Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database portfolio products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with IT decision-makers and provide consultative sales support
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
