About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop business opportunities within the new logo team to meet revenue targets
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide observability solutions
  • Conduct outbound calling, email communication, and channel coordination
  • Manage the sales pipeline through its entire cycle
  • Execute prospecting and lead generation for full-stack Observability and database portfolios
  • Engage with IT decision-makers across various enterprises
  • Partner with sales engineering to conduct online product demonstrations
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports within Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or software solutions industry
  • Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database portfolio products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with IT decision-makers and provide consultative sales support
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
