About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated prospective accounts on a quarterly and annual basis
- Develop sales strategies and regional sales plans within the allocated territory
- Partner with marketing teams to develop plans that drive revenue growth
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO positioning meetings
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to opportunity closure
- Perform ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue
Requirements
- 10+ years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud technology
- 5+ years of industry-focused experience generating new business within Public Safety (Home Office, National Crime Agency, National Policing) accounts
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
- Experience hitting annual quotas of $1M+ ARR
- Track record of consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
- Strong presentation, listening, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage executive-level relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing MEDDPICC
- Experience selling software or cloud-based applications to the Enterprise
- Deep industry-specific knowledge
