About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis by developing sales strategies and regional plans
  • Develop marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their IT roadmaps
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities
  • Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings
  • Manage the full sales process and drive opportunity closure

Requirements

  • 8+ years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud technology
  • 5+ years of industry-focused experience generating new business
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
  • Experience hitting annual quotas of $1M+ ARR
  • Track record of consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting solutions
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC
  • Professional proficiency in Norwegian
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-specific experience
  • Experience selling software or cloud-based applications to Enterprise clients
