About the role
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Snowflake’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for allocated accounts and territories
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance
Requirements
- 6+ years of field sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding objectives selling technical software to enterprise markets
- Experience executing complex enterprise sales strategies in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML
- Proven ability to manage and expand existing accounts
- Experience hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets
- Strong solution-based selling approach with excellent presentation and listening skills
- Ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
