About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle and territory management, from initial prospecting to closing deals
- Drive revenue growth and new client acquisition within the SME and Growth segment
- Represent Airwallex at client meetings and industry events, with occasional travel required
- Maintain meticulous CRM usage and provide accurate sales forecasting
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably with a technical product
- At least 2+ years of outbound sales experience
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly ambitious environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in technology and a solid understanding of the global payments space
- Experience selling multi-product solutions in a fintech or SaaS environment
- Additional language skills are a plus
