Account Executive, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle and territory management, from initial prospecting to closing deals
• Drive revenue growth and new client acquisition within the SME and Growth segment
• Represent Airwallex at client meetings and industry events, with occasional travel required
• Maintain meticulous CRM usage and provide accurate sales forecasting

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably with a technical product
• At least 2+ years of outbound sales experience
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly ambitious environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in technology and a solid understanding of the global payments space
• Experience selling multi-product solutions in a fintech or SaaS environment
• Additional language skills are a plus
