Account Executive, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential prospects and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute scalable sales strategies for new customer acquisition within the SME & Growth segment.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, identifying prospect pain points to propose tailored solutions.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations to increase customer revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and SDRs to maximize territory acquisition.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process and high-quality customer experience by working cross-functionally.
• Maintain accurate records of current and potential customers using the CRM.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of sales experience, preferably in business development or hunting roles.
• Proven track record of success selling complex products and achieving top performance.
• Experience identifying and influencing key decision-makers, including finance managers and C-level executives.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex deals involving multiple products.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin.
• Deep interest in technology and financial services.
