Responsibilities
- Own inbound leads and manage top of funnel conversion from qualification to close
- Manage full sales cycles, including discovery calls and needs assessments
- Nurture leads with value-driven follow-ups to maintain momentum
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on campaign priorities
- Maintain pipeline hygiene by logging activity in Salesforce
- Surface market insights to help sharpen messaging and positioning
- Support events and campaigns to drive commercial outcomes
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or sales associate role
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or financial services preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong, persuasive, and concise communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach streams
- Resilience, drive, and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- SDR or BDR background is beneficial
