Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the sales cycle including prospecting, demos, negotiating, and closing
- Opportunity management using MEDDPICC and pipeline management with CRM hygiene
- Stakeholder management, relationship building, and accurate forecasting
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales (ideally B2B SaaS) or consulting
- Native or fluent German and fluency in English
- Ability to leverage AI to maximize customer experience and streamline processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in SaaS or HR tech
- Background in organizational development or people development
- Experience with agility and digitalization
