Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the sales cycle including prospecting, demos, negotiating, and closing
  • Opportunity management using MEDDPICC and pipeline management with CRM hygiene
  • Stakeholder management, relationship building, and accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales (ideally B2B SaaS) or consulting
  • Native or fluent German and fluency in English
  • Ability to leverage AI to maximize customer experience and streamline processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in SaaS or HR tech
  • Background in organizational development or people development
  • Experience with agility and digitalization
