About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned customer accounts and assist in day-to-day account coordination
  • Communicate with customers to understand service requirements and share updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams including operations, finance, and support to ensure smooth execution
  • Follow up on service-related issues and support their timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer data and documentation
  • Assist in preparing basic reports using MS Excel
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards
  • Support senior account team members in ongoing account activities
