About the role
Responsibilities
- Hunt for new business and build a pipeline of qualified leads across target enterprise and infrastructure accounts
- Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with a portfolio of customers, from prospecting through close
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with technical founders, ML leads, and enterprise buyers
- Conduct discovery calls and demos, building ROI cases and tailoring solutions to prospect needs
- Run or support proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate platform value to technical stakeholders
- Track market dynamics, competitive trends, and demand across AI labs, biotech, and robotics verticals
- Shape go-to-market strategy and maintain tight reporting on sales activity and pipeline forecasting
Requirements
- 3–5 years of technical sales or account executive experience, preferably in AI infrastructure, cloud, or marketplaces
- Proven track record of closing full-cycle deals and hitting individual revenue targets
- Existing network or experience selling to AI labs, infrastructure buyers, or enterprise technical teams
- Ability to explain technical topics such as GPU architecture, cluster performance, and workload requirements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset and a bias to action
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct exposure to AI/ML workloads or customers
- Experience working with two-sided marketplaces or platforms
- Experience running technical evaluations or POCs as part of a sales cycle
