About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales across Schumacher, Patterson Flynn, Tillett Textiles, and Backdrop within the Oklahoma and Arkansas territory
- Cultivate strategic relationships with leading interior design firms, architects, and developers
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans across all brands and categories
- Be present in the field through designer office visits, project sites, and industry events
- Generate qualified leads and partner with inside sales teams to close opportunities
- Curate sample stories and lead in-person product presentations
- Maintain accurate account records using CRM and reporting platforms
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in luxury, design, or the trade
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals through relationship-building
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Odoo or comparable), Microsoft Office, and Instagram
- Dependable transportation and a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
