Account Executive, SAP

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business for BlackLine’s SaaS products
• Target and sell to Controllers and CFOs of large corporations with annual revenues between $750M and $10B
• Generate pipeline to achieve annual sales targets and monthly revenue quotas
• Build account strategies and territory plans through effective account tiering
• Uncover business pain points and map them to BlackLine solutions to demonstrate ROI
• Collaborate with pre-sales, value engineering, product, operations, and legal teams
• Maintain accurate opportunity records within Salesforce

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
• Proven track record of driving and closing large-scale enterprise deals
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to large corporations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, IT, Finance, or an MBA
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Must reside in California, Nevada, Arizona, or Oregon

• Expertise in closing net new opportunities
• Strong understanding of team-based sales environments and networking
• Ability to articulate clear, concise return on investment (ROI) value statements to C-level executives
