Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from identifying target accounts to closing new customers across Korea
- Present programmatic solutions to decision makers at mobile app companies, consumer brands, and media agencies
- Secure new business contracts and lead successful client launches
- Build and manage a structured pipeline with clear tiering and outreach plans
- Leverage marketing resources to drive awareness and accelerate deals
- Represent RZR at industry events and conferences
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of programmatic advertising sales experience
- Deep expertise in mobile marketing including UA, re-engagement, DSPs, SKAN, and mobile attribution
- Established network of app marketing decision makers in Korea
- Experience closing complex, enterprise-level deals
- Fluency in both English and Korean
- Proven track record of driving business growth

- Strategic, consultative selling approach
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams
