Responsibilities
- Source and qualify meetings with senior leaders at Fortune 500 and high-growth enterprises
- Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract
- Craft and refine the company pitch based on prospect resonance
- Build and document a repeatable outbound motion and go-to-market engine
- Represent Runlayer at events, conferences, and customer meetings
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or AE roles at high-growth SaaS or infra companies
- Proven track record of consistent quota overachievement
- Strong hunter mentality with expertise in outbound prospecting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of hustle, persistence, and a learning mindset regarding enterprise AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or security products
- Existing network in enterprise IT, security, or AI
- Track record of closing six-figure deals at an early stage
- Expert-level use of AI tools for prospecting and outreach
