About the role
About the Company
Roadrunner is replacing broken CPQ software with a new agentic stack called PQA (Prompt, Quote, Approve). Backed by Kleiner Perkins, the team is led by second-time founders and composed of engineers from Snowflake, Databricks, Meta, and more.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from prospecting through renewal
- Build pipeline by targeting CROs, VPs of Sales, RevOps, and Finance leaders
- Run consultative discovery to connect product value to prospect pain points
- Negotiate and close 6- and 7-figure ACV deals
- Partner with the founding team to shape sales motions and playbooks
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success
- Provide structured market feedback to drive the product roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
- Proven track record of closing 6- and 7-figure ACV deals
- Experience running complex, multi-threaded deal cycles
- Strong executive presence with C-level buyers
- Builder's mentality and self-sufficient pipeline generation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling CPQ, deal desk, or RevOps tooling
- Prior experience as an early or founding sales hire at a high-growth startup
- Familiarity with complex enterprise pricing models and approval workflows
