Responsibilities
- Develop a robust pipeline and consistently exceed monthly new customer acquisition targets
- Handle inbound leads from first contact to close
- Identify and engage new potential clients through the self-serve user base
- Creatively prospect for new customers that fit the Ideal Customer Profile
- Manage the full sales cycle including outreach, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent customer needs
- Act as a product expert to help organizations leverage Restream's suite of products
- Influence sales strategy, processes, and culture
Requirements
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying hunter sales role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships
- Strategic and curious mindset to understand customer business challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS
- Experience with live-streaming or video content creation
