About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first Account Executive for the Netherlands market to build the foundation for future growth
- Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion
- Build strong relationships with B2B clients such as solar and heatpump installers (SMBs)
- Run product demos, close deals, and maintain a hands-on approach
- Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to sharpen sales strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SMB software sales within fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Deep knowledge of the Netherlands sales and go-to-market dynamics
- C2 proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English
- Strong closing skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for innovation in the renewable energy sector
