About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first Account Executive for the Netherlands market to build the foundation for future growth
  • Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Build strong relationships with B2B clients such as solar and heatpump installers (SMBs)
  • Run product demos, close deals, and maintain a hands-on approach
  • Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to sharpen sales strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SMB software sales within fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Deep knowledge of the Netherlands sales and go-to-market dynamics
  • C2 proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English
  • Strong closing skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for innovation in the renewable energy sector
