Rec (recreation.ai) is using AI to reimagine how the world plays, participates in community, and gets active. We sit at the intersection of a consumer product loved by everyday players and an enterprise platform trusted by the organizations that power recreation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow our national pipeline of city partnerships, primarily focused on the East Coast
  • Build real relationships with Parks & Rec leaders through empathetic and insightful selling
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy by designing and iterating outbound campaigns and sales processes
  • Build Rec's brand in the municipal space through creative awareness opportunities
  • Influence the growth of the Sales team through learnings in hiring and training

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of building trust and closing large deals
  • Ability to thrive in early-stage startup environments
  • Strong bias for action and entrepreneurial grit
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to uncover customer needs
  • Passion for community, sports, and recreation
