About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share in the southern region
- Identify client needs and deliver customized fireworks displays and live event solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive account expansion
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to establish pricing strategies, budgets, and sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Ensure all sales activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding fireworks and displays
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the live events, entertainment, sports, or performance-based industries
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% for local and out-of-area trips, including overnight stays
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor event venues
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Experience using Google Workspace, NetSuite, HubSpot, or Monday.com
