About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share in the southern region
  • Identify client needs and deliver customized fireworks displays and live event solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive account expansion
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to establish pricing strategies, budgets, and sales targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding fireworks and displays

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the live events, entertainment, sports, or performance-based industries
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for local and out-of-area trips, including overnight stays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor event venues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • Experience using Google Workspace, NetSuite, HubSpot, or Monday.com
