Responsibilities
- Own the entire mid-market sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to negotiation and close
- Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies to drive new business and expand Profound’s footprint across the mid-market
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline, balancing strategic conversations with efficient execution
- Build and nurture relationships that turn first deals into long-term partnerships
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate learnings and refine messaging
- Help lay the foundation for our London office, influencing process, culture, and playbook development
Requirements
- Proven SaaS closer with experience selling into mid-market accounts
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Skilled at running multiple deals in parallel in a fast-moving environment
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
- Resilient, curious, and motivated by impact
