About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue through premium membership and event-by-event sales for OVG Austin projects, including the Moody Center.
  • Prospect, network, and set appointments to aggressively sell available memberships and single-event premium inventory.
  • Manage high-end client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business.
  • Conduct sales via phone, virtual meetings, email, and in-person presentations.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Outreach to manage prospect information and ensure efficient reporting.
  • Provide high-end service to premium seating clients, including managing renewals, payments, and special requests.
  • Meet or exceed established revenue goals and KPI metrics related to new business and renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, marketing, or a related field (relevant experience may be substituted).
  • Proven knowledge of sales processes, procedures, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience within the sports and entertainment industry.
