Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle from cold calling and online demos to closing deals
- Conduct persuasive online demos to understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions
- Manage deals ranging from €6,000 to €100,000 with sales cycles of 2 to 12 weeks
- Target winning 5+ new customers per month and driving monthly revenue of €70,000 - €100,000
- Independently prioritize pipeline and use CRM data for planning and forecasting
- Continuously optimize the sales process and test new strategies with the team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or software-driven environments
- Experience working with SDRs and conducting cold calling
- Proven track record in closing short-cycle deals (€6k–€100k)
- Strong understanding of goal-oriented work, KPIs, funnel logic, and monthly revenue targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation and problem-solving skills
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills
