About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through proactive outbound sales activities, including social media DMs, email, and high-volume phone outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing
  • Conduct compelling live demonstrations of the Posh platform, tailoring presentations to meet specific prospect needs
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using Close CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive platform growth across new markets and verticals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or account executive role with a proven track record of hitting targets
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify and close net new business
  • Experience managing high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
  • Strong presentation, communication, and live demo skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Close or Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the live events, entertainment, or ticketing industries
  • Background in managing or scaling communities
  • Technical proficiency with prospecting tools such as Clay, RocketReach, or ZoomInfo
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
