Playground is working to make excellent child care accessible to all. Playground has built best in class software to manage all aspects of running a child care business, eliminating the administrative work of running a center.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of qualified leads passed on by the SDR team to successful close
  • Manage the entire closing process from deep discovery to contract negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to sales forecasting
  • Act as a player-coach by mentoring and supporting junior team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technical communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Natural leadership ability to mentor junior staff
