Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee EM C3oE initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment with CoE priorities and standardized workflows.
• Lead brief management and workflow governance within Adobe Workfront to ensure clarity of scope and accountability.
• Optimize regional approval and review processes to reduce cycle time and operational complexity.
• Ensure content governance standards are upheld across repositories to enable discoverability, compliance, and reuse.
• Act as a strategic partner to EM stakeholders, managing expectations and prioritization in a matrixed environment.
• Partner with production teams to ensure seamless content lifecycle management from submission to distribution.
• Create executive reports to communicate progress, metrics, and project tracking to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, content operations, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in digital promotional content, omnichannel marketing, or content lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and digital workflow platforms.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-market initiatives across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regional or global, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline processes and support strategic decision-making.
• Basic knowledge of design principles and omnichannel strategies.
• A data-driven approach to performance optimization and continuous improvement.
