Account Executive - People Solutions

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance client relationships through proactive and creative contact initiatives
• Provide strategic planning and consulting advice, including RFP production and vendor coordination
• Consult with clients on investment options, vendor services, fees, and strategic goals
• Review large claims, abnormal utilization results, and monthly claims experience with clients
• Assist in the establishment and attainment of revenue goals for existing and new business
• Negotiate program terms and costs while overseeing issue resolution between clients and vendors
• Mentor and train junior-level staff and provide information to improve department knowledge
• Research industry trends, product developments, and governmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of client services experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven working knowledge and experience within the brokerage industry
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft as required
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
