About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers within target markets
- Develop long-lasting relationships with new customers and generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Engage with C-suite executives to understand business needs and communicate solutions
- Manage and deliver on sales targets through inbound and outbound activities
- Execute discovery calls, conduct product demos, and manage the sales process to closure
- Tailor quotes and proposals to specific prospect needs
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- 6-8 years of sales experience in EOR, recruitment/staffing, or B2B SaaS
- Minimum of 3 years in Outbound Sales
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with customer success, marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Experience selling into Australia/NZ markets is advantageous
