Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential creators who fit Passes' criteria and values
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top creators
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective creators through social media, industry events, and networking
• Guide new creators through the onboarding process for seamless platform integration
• Collaborate with Creator Success and Creator Support teams to provide necessary tools and resources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired creators to foster community and loyalty
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or recruitment
• Strong understanding of the creator economy
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators and internal teams
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
