Account Executive, Paid Search

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day optimisation and management of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Assist with campaign builds, keyword research, ad copy updates, and budget adjustments
• Monitor performance trends and highlight issues or opportunities to senior team members
• Deliver clear performance updates and respond to client requests professionally
• Maintain accurate budget pacing and ensure campaigns align with client KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR
• Implement testing across ad copy, keywords, and targeting to improve performance
• Stay current with platform updates, betas, and automation tools

Requirements

• Some exposure to paid search campaigns; Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads experience is desirable
• Basic understanding of paid search principles, campaign structure, and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with data and reporting
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Interest in digital marketing, automation, and performance media
