About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage sales of specialty products, solutions, and services to end-users to achieve revenue and margin targets within a defined territory.
- Serve as the primary sales contact for customers, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders throughout the supply chain.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and product demonstrations.
- Manage contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring accuracy in quotes and the bidding process.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer service issues and coordinate shipping schedules with distribution centers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to drive customer penetration and retention.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Strong knowledge of hospital systems, large healthcare organizations, or the distribution industry.
- Demonstrated functional knowledge of the healthcare industry and the perioperative space.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong financial management skills, including pricing, forecasting, and cost justification.
- Ability to travel up to 70% to meet customer needs and manage territory.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
