About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new owner-direct business development through prospecting and territory mapping
  • Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, and industrial operators
  • Manage a personal book of business focusing on renewals and customer retention
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify service and retrofit needs
  • Develop scopes and collaborate with Operations and Estimating for accurate pricing
  • Prepare and deliver proposals for maintenance agreements and equipment replacements
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage for activity tracking and forecasting
  • Partner cross-functionally with Service, Project Management, and Purchasing

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of outside B2B sales experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to understand mechanical systems and translate technical concepts into business value
  • High discipline in CRM usage and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
