About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Outpost Gate Automation™ technology
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline
  • Deliver tailored live demonstrations of software and hardware components
  • Create proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client objectives and value
  • Own the opportunity lifecycle within the CRM, from qualification to contract execution
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to scope and deliver solutions
  • Represent Outpost at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Travel to customer sites for on-site assessments and relationship-building

Requirements

  • 5 years of SaaS sales experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in enterprise software, industrial automation, or access control
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals with complex stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person settings
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using HubSpot
