About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Outpost Gate Automation™ technology
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline
- Deliver tailored live demonstrations of software and hardware components
- Create proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client objectives and value
- Own the opportunity lifecycle within the CRM, from qualification to contract execution
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to scope and deliver solutions
- Represent Outpost at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Travel to customer sites for on-site assessments and relationship-building
Requirements
- 5 years of SaaS sales experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in enterprise software, industrial automation, or access control
- Proven track record of closing six-figure deals with complex stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person settings
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven pipeline management
