Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the complete sales cycle for Outmax’s US brand-direct business including prospecting, qualification, and closing
• Sell Outmax as a custom bidding and optimization layer on top of existing DSPs like YouTube, Meta, and Google Ads
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of brand prospects across CPG, retail, financial services, pharma, and tech verticals
• Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets with consistent forecast accuracy
• Drive proactive outbound prospecting to Fortune 500 and mid-market brands
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Account Management, and Client Success for seamless deal handoffs

Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in paid social, digital advertising, or adtech
• Direct exposure to buying or selling on YouTube, Meta, or equivalent paid social platforms
• Solid understanding of paid media fundamentals such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, and incrementality
• Proven track record of individual quota ownership and revenue contribution
• Hunter mindset with ability to self-generate pipeline through cold outbounding
• Based in NYC metro area with ability to travel 20-30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling AI-driven campaign optimization or algorithmic measurement products
• Familiarity with programmatic fundamentals including DSP seat access and auction mechanics
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments building sales playbooks
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC
