Account Executive, Outbound, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client expansion plans in alignment with company strategic and business development goals.
• Identify and engage Financial Institutions (payment companies, banks, etc.) to provide competitive FX risk management and global local clearing solutions.
• Monitor and analyze trends in key vertical industries, including cross-border e-commerce, OTA, online education, and study abroad payments.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to translate industry pain points into comprehensive, targeted solutions.
• Partner with Account Managers post-onboarding to deepen client relationships, improve product experience, and increase transaction volume.
• Track industry developments and explore new business models to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in banking, cross-border payments, FX, or cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong self-motivation with a result-oriented mindset and high level of accountability.
• Excellent planning, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Sharp market insight, analytical ability, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
