Account Executive, Outbound, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire cross-border SME and growth clients through various channels including direct outreach, referrals, exhibitions, and business partnerships.
• Monitor vertical industry trends in sectors such as advertising, pan-entertainment, OTA, and online education to identify payment pain points.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to develop tailored industry solutions that enhance customer experience and retention.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle from registration and KYC to onboarding and consistent transaction activity.
• Monitor transaction compliance and maintain basic risk identification awareness to ensure transaction legitimacy.
• Maintain long-term client relationships to identify potential transaction opportunities and increase lifetime value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of professional sales experience.
• Proven experience in cross-border payments, e-commerce, independent station service providers, ERP, or overseas advertising agencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Result-oriented mindset with high self-motivation and accountability for targets.
• Ability to work under pressure with sharp analytical skills and market insight.
