About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and prospect new clients while proposing targeted marketing leads
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Independently manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls
- Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to customers
- Collaborate with internal creative departments to develop effective advertising campaigns
- Negotiate and execute contracts to optimize results
- Manage, maintain, and grow the current client base
- Review space availability and follow up with detailed proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in OOH, Digital, or Broadcast media
