About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide creative strategy across campaigns, supporting the full customer journey from awareness through to conversion
- Manage creative projects end-to-end: brief development, kickoff, production, reviews, approvals, and final delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, copy, digital, and social
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, and other channels
- Navigate approval and governance workflows with Legal and Compliance teams
- Track project budgets and timelines, managing risks and changes proactively
- Raise purchase orders and support financial administration
Requirements
- Experience in marketing or creative account management, ideally in financial services or an agency environment
- Strong creative eye with knowledge of digital, social, and print campaigns
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Solid project management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and governance frameworks
- Professional proficiency in English
