About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact new customers in the Gothenburg region
  • Drive deals from initial dialogue to signed contracts
  • Build pipeline, forecast, and follow up on sales performance
  • Act as an advisor in complex IT transactions
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to package the right solutions
  • Manage the entire customer journey from first contact to delivered IT solution
  • Maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and act as the primary contact during the contract period

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT or SaaS/software
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and new customer acquisition
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Ability to work data-driven with pipelines and forecasts
  • Documented history of strong sales results
  • High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
