Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Generate new business revenue through proactive prospecting and relationship development within the healthcare and hospital sectors
• Sell integrated marketing programs including webinars, newsletters, lead generation, and digital advertising
• Respond to and manage inbound and outbound RFP opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers, healthcare executives, and agency partners
• Develop strategic account plans and multi-channel proposals
• Collaborate with editorial, audience, marketing, and production teams
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

• 5–8 years of digital media, marketing solutions, and B2B advertising sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
• Experience selling sponsorships, webinars, newsletters, or integrated media solutions
• Strong experience managing RFP processes and complex sales cycles
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and pipeline management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships within healthcare systems, hospitals, or health technology companies
• Experience selling to CMOs, Marketing VPs, and healthcare executives
• Familiarity with audience-driven and first-party data marketing solutions
