About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue net-new and expansion opportunities across the Middle East territory, focusing on the UAE and GCC region.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and IT leadership.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize revenue from enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery and value articulation through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Drive partner-influenced and partner-led opportunities by collaborating with distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity reporting in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE and eligible to work in the region.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience in the Middle East, specifically within cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar individual contributor quotas.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Experience executing sales through hybrid go-to-market models, including direct and channel-led motions.
  • Strong understanding of information security concepts such as identity governance, data access control, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the MEA region as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity software company.
  • Background selling into regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare, or critical infrastructure.
  • Experience with subscription-based or hybrid licensing models.
