Account Executive National Chains

Responsibilities

• Service and support chain accounts and spas by developing long-term relationships with owners, managers, and stylists
• Identify prospective customers through business directories, leads, trade shows, and conferences
• Demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders to meet sales goals
• Provide customer support regarding product availability, pricing, credit terms, and usage
• Prepare estimates, bids, and quotes tailored to specific customer needs
• Support sales growth through education, promotional events, and merchandising
• Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and product innovations
• Manage administrative tasks including paperwork, quotas, and incentive tracking

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous outside sales experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for considerable driving
• Ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays
• Computer literacy, preferably with Windows-based programs
• Strong math skills for forecasting and goal achievement
• Proximity to a major airport is mandatory due to travel needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
