Responsibilities

  • Own net-new revenue and manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Conduct deep discovery to surface real business problems and tie product value to CMO/VP of Sales outcomes
  • Build and manage your own pipeline using Mutiny to run personalized outbound
  • Craft compelling narratives that explain the shift toward personalized GTM at scale
  • Partner with founders to refine and scale the sales process and playbook
  • Provide field intelligence to shape the product roadmap and GTM strategy

Requirements

  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong discovery skills focused on understanding deep business problems rather than just pitching
  • Outcome-oriented mindset focused on revenue over activity
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities to engage senior stakeholders
