Responsibilities
- Own net-new revenue and manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Conduct deep discovery to surface real business problems and tie product value to CMO/VP of Sales outcomes
- Build and manage your own pipeline using Mutiny to run personalized outbound
- Craft compelling narratives that explain the shift toward personalized GTM at scale
- Partner with founders to refine and scale the sales process and playbook
- Provide field intelligence to shape the product roadmap and GTM strategy
Requirements
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong discovery skills focused on understanding deep business problems rather than just pitching
- Outcome-oriented mindset focused on revenue over activity
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, builder-oriented environments
- High standards for excellence and a desire to improve the surrounding team
