Account Executive - Mortgage Regional Center

Responsibilities

• Administer mortgage credit files received daily to ensure timely processing and advancement.
• Register and maintain accurate information within the database to track all management activities.
• Control and organize original credit bureau reports and official identification documents.
• Validate that all mortgage credit files are complete and derive them to the appropriate next stages.
• Perform daily credit bureau inquiries for auditing purposes.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector.
• Proven experience in the management and commercialization of mortgage credit.
• Strong skills in document and information analysis.
• Proficiency in interpreting credit bureau reports.
• Background in sales and promotion.
