About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through targeted prospecting efforts
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through strategic outreach
- Articulate the value proposition of products to prospects
- Nurture leads through calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify opportunities based on customer needs and organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to transition leads into the funnel
- Achieve and surpass assigned KPIs and sales targets
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion rates
- Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Work closely with teams to ensure successful contract closing
- Manage client relationships post-close to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing large, high-value sales
- Experience in B2B energy sales
- Required experience in the cleantech or renewable energy industry
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot), outreach software, and sales intelligence tools
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for clean technology
