Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of new clients and manage the full sales cycle in the LATAM market
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and visibility on revenue performance
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demos to address unique client challenges
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, identifying and addressing customer pain points
  • Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams like Marketing and Product
  • Negotiate contract terms to close deals while maintaining healthy margins
  • Travel within the country to support client needs and business objectives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive
  • 2+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
