Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects from our product-led growth engine and upsell them on enterprise plans
  • Develop expert-level insight on the impact and application of AI in recruiting
  • Win complex sales involving multiple stakeholders from first contact to close
  • Feed market learnings back to founders and product teams to improve the product
  • Build an extensive network by working with iconic companies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with complex sales, preferably to mid-market or small enterprise tech customers
  • Proven success in a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup environment
  • Sharp, systematic, resilient, and motivated mindset
