Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects from our product-led growth engine and upsell them on enterprise plans
  • Develop expert-level insight on the impact and application of AI in recruiting
  • Win complex sales with multiple stakeholders from first contact to close
  • Feed market learnings into the founders and product team to improve the product
  • Build an extensive network by working with iconic companies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with complex sales to mid-market or small enterprise tech customers
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup
  • Sharp, systematic, resilient, and motivated personality
