Responsibilities
- Identify prospects from our product-led growth engine and upsell them on enterprise plans
- Develop expert-level insight on the impact and application of AI in recruiting
- Win complex sales with multiple stakeholders from first contact to close
- Feed market learnings into the founders and product team to improve the product
- Build an extensive network by working with iconic companies
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales
- Experience with complex sales to mid-market or small enterprise tech customers
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup
- Sharp, systematic, resilient, and motivated personality
