Account Executive (Mid-Market)

Responsibilities

• Acquire Mid-Market new logo accounts within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities through various prospecting methods and lead cadence best practices
• Conduct product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of the KnowBe4 suite
• Identify key decision makers and understand organizational buying needs to shorten sales cycles
• Strategically offer subscription levels and negotiate deals to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
• Maintain accurate and thorough daily sales records within Salesforce
• Collaborate with Channel sales representatives to close new logos through partner business channels

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience selling to Mid-Market sized businesses
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision as a motivated self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher education equivalent
• Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry
