About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead value-based conversations with mid-market customers regarding ITSM, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and virtual selling
- Navigate the decision-making process with buying teams to create trust and clarity
- Manage and close mid-sized opportunities from negotiation to final agreement
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and building customer relationships
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with employee experience (EX) solutions
