Account Executive, Mid Market

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory plans for India to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure customer success
• Identify and qualify cloud-first sales opportunities within the mid-market segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients to understand business needs and propose solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Solution Engineers, to enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to management

Requirements

• 8+ years of Enterprise Software Sales experience
• Proven experience growing mid-market accounts with India-based customers
• Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
• Extensive experience utilizing CRM tools to achieve and correlate key performance metrics
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Ability to engage customers with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
